Delivery service pathetic

<p>I am so diappointed with the service that I received today from KFC. I placed an order at 12:40, normally waiting period is about 45 min or less. Today I waited 2 hrs for delivery. I phoned the call centre at 13:45 to check where my order is, the person I spoke to was not pleasant at all the first time around. As she told me that they not sure what time the driver will come and once the driver is on the road, he doesn't answer his phone. I was not prepared to pay for my order , I had placed the order for my Husband and obviousy being extremely hungry - already waiting for 2 hrs he accepted the delivery and made payment. If u guys cannot handle the busy period, then you seriosly need to get more drivers. waiting 2 hrs when you are hungry, is just ridiculous.</p> <p> </p>
