Delivery ****

I made an order on the app. Paid with a voucher. Few minutes later my order was canceled. It has been 3days already and no refund. I went to the store where the order was placed and they could not help my either. I don't have my order and I don't have my voucher. I sent a email to customer care with all the details. No response yet. Really poor delivery service, looks to me like a ****. Because I've read the reviews. There is a lot of people that experienced the same as I have. I just want my voucher back ASAP. And people never ever use the online delivery service!!!
