DELIVERY OF A WRONG ORDER WITHOUT RETRIBUTION

Yesterday, I ordered via UberEats from KFC Stellenbosch: - a promotional burger meal, and - streetwise 5 with chips.

The driver, Ntomboxolo dropped off an unmarked parcel without a reciept; upon inspection, my entire order was incorrect. I called her immediately after noticing the error, and she returned to fetch the incorrect order.

She promised to return to the store and bring me my origanal order. Unfortunately, she only delivered: - the streetwise 5, with only four pieces and - buddy coke.

Thus, my order was incomplete, as my promotional meal and 1 piece were missing. The driver informed me that she could no longer assist me as the error was not her fault, but that of the store because the order on the app was complete.

I am extremely disappointed because I incurred a loss without retribution from any of the parties involved
