Delivery not received

I ordered Kfc on 31/03/2022 at 7:30pm and paid for it as well on the app, spent a R130 and did not receive my order, I called the store to say the app advises the food is delivered but I haven't received anything they then said the driver is still on his way, then later called again to state that I called earlier they then told me they do not have information I need to call customer care, I then did so and my call never got answered which is another R50 airtime gone
