Delivery not delivered money taken.

I place an order @ 18:00 and still @ 21:38 , it is still not delivered. What makes it worse is the fact tat the order is already paid for. Its becoming a nom that kfc is disappointing everyday. I am a regular customer @ kfc but I think my days of being a customer are numbered. If the meet is not ****** , THE SERVICE SUCKS .
