Delivery no show

What excellent poor service KFC Port Alfred gives to their customers. When I ordered KFC was told it'll take up to an hour and a half for delivery, that was 17h25 and now it's already 20h16 and no delivery. Now we decided to rather make food as no other fast food takeaway is open for delivery.
