delivery fee

I phoned the franchise to place an order for delivery. Being the first time I was ordering for delivery from a KFC I provided my address details as requested, made my order and was given an order amount. When I checked the pricing against the website I noticed the totals did not add up. when I phoned the branch again to confirm the price I was told that there is a R15 delivery fee which was NOT mentioned to me upfront before placing the order. I could also not change my order from delivery to collection apparently because 2 minutes after placing the order, the food was apparently on its way already and they couldn't reverse the charge. HOW ABOUT BEING INFORMED UPFRONT OF ANY DELIVERY FEES KFC !!!! will be the last time I buy from you.
