**** delivery

I ordered food last night from KFC Birch acres mall. one minute it said driver is on his way and the next and said food delivered. NO FOOD WAS DELIVERED!! I called the kfc helpline and was told the driver must have double swiped he could still be on his way if not my money will be refunded NEITHER was done. I'm absolutely shocked that no feedback has been given FROM KFC or Skedadle which happened to be the delivery service used. I want my money deposited back into my account including the tip that was given to the driver when my order was placed.
