Delivery Delay

I placed an order with KFC (Gift Acres) on the 2018/03/22 for delivery. I phoned in at 12:24. They said that the food would be ready in about 40 min. I live about 5-10 min from there. By 13:36 I still did not receive my order so I phoned them. They did not even have the decency to call me and tell me that the food will be delayed. They only arrived at my house at 14:15. Almost 2 hours after ordering. By the time the food got to us it was cold. I am very disappointed in their service. I always experience bad service when buying food at KFC but this was the last time.
