Delivery cancelled by KFC no refund ad yet after variois emails

It is with great and utter dissapointment that I am writing this letter today.

My daughter ordered KFC online on 17 May 2022 for delivery at her house.

The delivery and order was cancelled the same day (17 May 2022).

On 20 May 2022, someone at your customer service phoned me, her mother, Mrs Pretorius, to ask for proof of payment to be sent to KFC CUSTOMER CARE to escalate this matter to your revelant department. She sent this proof of payment same day. See attached.

Since then we have not heard anything back, and the money has not been refunded into her account yet.
