Delivery

Yesterday I ordered KFC from KFC RIchmond, my order was delivered however they gave me a cool drink I did not order nor paid for. I called the store spoke to Sitha who then advised me he is sending out the driver to deliver, I’m still waiting. I paid extra for a bottle of Fanta orange instead KFC staff substituted without my consent with a cream soda which I don’t drink. Today I’m still waiting for the delivery as the driver was sent last night and never arrived. Can I be refunded my money back. Meal was not enjoyable at all because of the experience
