Delivering of a short order & late delivery

I called the Kfc call centre spoke to Portia who promised my order will be delivered in 30 to 45min however the order was delivered an hour 30 min later.

I've ordered 2×zinger burgers,summer lunch box, streetwise 3, snack burger, small chips & a Cream Soda.

My order was delivered short with 1 Zinger burger & Cream Soda. The Zinger burger did not taste anything like a zinger burger it was just a plain burger.

I called the call center to report the matter the lady I spoke with kept on asking stupid questions instead of resolving or rather organising another driver to deliver the missing items as the one @ my house had other orders to deliver before he can go to the store to get my items.

It's an hour later I am still waiting for the missing items.

Wow what a ridiculous service KFC is rendering .
