Delayed order never received

I placed an order online at KFC EMPIRE ROAD at 11:30am (order number: Kefilwe***) and the promised delivery time was 12: 10pm. I waited until 12:15 and reported via online chats that I have not received my and it passed the promised delivery time, I was chatting with Thabiso and he was taking time to even reply to my chats. The delivery time kept on changing to 12;30, 12;50 and finally showed movement around 13:00. I waited for the driver outside, and nobody pitched however I received messaged stating that my order was delivered but I never received any delivery on my end. I called the contact center twice and they made me hold for too long and when Makgotso finally took my call she told me that she can only offer me my money back mind you my lunch ended at 1:00pm, I no longer had time to go look for food elsewhere.
