Delayed order

I ordered food from kfc at Daveyton sesfikile ,kfc campus online ,the order was accepted and I was given time to collect the order ,when I got there around 10 the store was closed ,then asked on of the employees to check they told me to wait they will open at 11:30. So frustrated right now because the order could have been easy rejected.
