Debited twice

Good say am so disappointed as always I know you will not get to me as usual.On Thursday 1st June 2023 went to buy at KFC Protea Point cashier Emerlda changed me twice for same item I bought and I told and showed her she told me am not the first person to do so it will reverse it self the next day.Went again on Saturday to do follow up since it didn't reverse, spoke to Joyce she she said she will call the bank,to call me nothing happened until today I went again to do follow up she's only calling the bank when she sees me.the bank want my back card I refused Popi Act and the ****mer ,*****, the bank told me I will get it after 48 hours I refused again told them there must be alternative nothing again,petrol that I've used to collect my money it's more than what they supposedly reversed ,I left Protea Point KFC without my money,Today is the 20th nothing is happening
