Debited twice by KFC president street in witbank

I was debited twice on my account and I told Kholeka the lady that was assisting me that I got the message on the phone and she told me it was going to be reversed and it always happens,now the money was taken twice of which she was confident enough to tell me that it will never happen and when I call them they've got the nerve to tell me to contact their IT to reverse it as if it's my fault or go back to their branch and I told her on the day that I was not from there, already I'm wasting my time and resources for something that could have been avoided from the first place.
