Debited no food

I bought a meal on kfc online they debited my bank and I didn't receive a reference number, I then went to kfc Motherwell to ask about the order no one knew anything about the order and I couldn't get any explanation until today. The manager there told me to wait maybe the funds will be reversed back into my account until today my money is not paid back. This is daylight ******* how do they debit my account and don't give me a reference number to collect
