DEBITED MY ACCOUNT BUT THERE WAS NO FOOD BEING TOLD REFUND TAKES 7 - 14 WORKING DAYS

I am following up on my refund.CAS- ***-R8X5H7. An amount of R288 was debited from my account. I called the call center and was told that my refund will take 7-14 working days. You people will not punish me for your incompetence. For your system glitches. Never. I want my money back. I want my money back, I have other bills to attend to.
