On the 13th of Feb I went to purshase KFC from waverley at engin garage pretoria on arrival I was told by security that they are closed due to loadshedding but all the lights where on and I took a video ...when I said that I'm going to report them they changed their tune and said oh they are back on line. The food was old and tasteless probably waiting on the shelve from the day before. This is also not the first time. When you order they tell you they dont have cheese but yet you still pay but no cheese. Then they never have ice cream cones and as soon as you start to complain then all of a sudden they have cones they try and sell you a cup which is more expensive just to rob you. They never have what you order but as soon as you show them you are not settling for it they change what was said. I'm frustrated as this has happened to me a few times now. And everytime I dont question it and let it slide....but they are costing you clients and this is why ppl wont support you. Really terrible service and terrible management.
