KFC The Ridge , I bought 2 pieces of side breast chicken for my dogs. The amount off the two piece wouldn't even fill the palm of my hands. After chatting to customer care the manager of that branched called me. The nerve to tell me they are standard pieces and that is how it cames as if i wanted free chicken. After telling her when i purchase from KFC Strubensvalley always two pieces of chicken fills the plate up. She still insisted all the KFC get standard pieces. A few days later the same manager calls me to say i believe you sent a complaint please come and and we will replace your order. I told her no thank you, it was a matter of priciple that as a consumer you get your money's worth. Today i bought a barrel of 21 pieces from KFC Stubensvalley and broke 2 pieces of side breast which filled the plate. I sent the Manager a pic. Her response was i see what you saying i do apologize for the inconvenience. Not on KFC head office should look into this.
