when i collected my order i realized that there was ice on my fanta i requested khodani to bring a fanta without ice she asked me why did i not tell the lady when i ordered because the iced one that would be classified as damaged i asked her how was i supposed to know that because it was not written anywhere that the coke would be iced. She said it was procedure and that next time i should know. the former incident i can let slide but after the supposedly un-iced fanta was placed on the table she ignored it i had to ask 3 times for her to pass me the fanta now that was very rude and just ****ed me off for the rest of the day when she finally passed on the fanta she emphazized again that next time i should request the ice to be removed. kfc please publish anything that is supposed to be imp**** to avoid confusion. i want a refund on the drink because there were 3 pieces of ice on that thing but re-complaining seemed fruitless because its obvious that these guys are used to doing this. if rude people like this are such assets to u guys please keep them at the back to spit on the food that way we wont care coz we wont know. kfc must know that ppl will never forget how made them feel.
