Day light ******* in a shop

The KFC in corner Francis Baard and Shubard in Pretoria climbed my car while I was eating inside their shop stating I should pay R500 for a fine. The reason they did that according to them was that I spend more than 30 minutes in their shop and therefore I had to pay the fine. I informed the manager who said she is not involved in what is happening on the parking area. Since I needed the car, I had to pay the fine which to me was uncalled for.
