DAMAGED GOODS AND ATTITUDE

I am not a regular kfc client more now after the bad publicity lately advertised in the media.I would expect their service and attitude to be changed after the bad publicity but it seems their staff do not care.I went to the Boksburg branch late last night after 9pm.I took some time to place my order because i was not fami**** with their products.the lady at the till seem to be irritated and instead of asking if she could serve other patrons while i was deciding she went ahead and took their orders despite the fact i was ready.I was back from church and told her I think her service is bad and she could carry on serving everybody I will wait as she had proceeed already.MY REWARD FORCOMPLAINING WAS VERY HARD OLD WINGS DUNKED IN SOME SAUCE THAT TASTED LIKE CRACKLING THAT YOU FRY WHEN YOU FRY PORK.THE CHICKEN WAS HORRIBLE,OLD AND HARD.THIS I DISCOVERED WHEN TRYING TO EAT THEM.There was no name tag on chest for me to see her name.
