Damage burger

Please explain!!<br> I ordered a burger and received one that looked liked it was dropped and kicked around before it was handed to me, when I asked what they called this, the lady at the counter said, that it is suppose to look like that. Really! so I order another one, and got a perfect one, now please explain, how my 1st order is a smashed burger but my 2nd one is how it should be. So she said its because I picked it up, so I picked the other one op and dropped it back in its box, still it didn't look like the 1st one.<br> Why must we settle for bad food and service like this. I even took a photo of the 2 next to each other on the counter as proof.
