Ordered KFC on the app order number 111607 it was to be delivered by the diver named James from the reseviour hills store. My order was never delivered. I was never notified or even called with regards to my order. The only massage received by me was that it was cancelled. I then called the customer care CAS ***. after that I just received a very vague email from your customer care agent named Zama Qoza. massage no apologies nothing after waiting for an hour to receive the food. This is disappointing as now I had to spend more money on uber to go and by a meal for my family. I hope the disrespect from your stores stops with me.
