CYNTHIA SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE

Last night 31/08/2017 my mother and i decided to make a quick drive through at the KFC on lynwood road. We made our order at 10:16 and was told meat would only be ready in 20 minutes we agreed to wait. 30 minutes later our food was still not ready, i got frustrated and kept asking everyone how long still do we need to wait, everyone was alright and helpful till cynthia the girl who thinks the world owes her, i ask her to go get the order and she says she just got there she knows nothing ,so my mother asked her the same thing then a few minutes later she then puts on an attitude and replies "i said i dont know anything i just got here" i then tell cynthia there is absolutely no need for an attitude as its going to 40 minutes now waiting for our food and we very frustrated , She decides to walk away and say " WHATEVER" PRONOUNCED IT LIKE THIS LITERALLY "WHATEVUUUUR"

Who in their right mind hired this person, the way she ****ed me off i got to a point where my whole body was shaking. Obviously i drove like a maniac when i left that place. I really want nothing to do with that KFC anymore. How on earth did she get a job there beasts me . No customer wants to leave feeling like that if she had nothing to say dan moet sy toegesluit wees.

I also do not understand why we had to wait that long, so this KFC waits for everything to be finished before they can even bother making more meat? I dont want anyone to call and apologize i am not expecting anything especially their free small cold drink. I NOW KNOW HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
