customers care is as bad as the stores

i went into KFC and bought 3x streetwise 1..and i added an extra piece to one...i asked for the one meal to be the pap and gravy...and if i could have 3 side breasts and 1 drumstick... when i got home.. there was no gravy to go with the pap and gravy... the gravy in the mash an gravy was more a jelly than a gravy... i got 2 drumsticks instead of just the one... i called customer care, spoke to a man named mandla who said he would call the store and get back to me.. it is now 2 days later an i still have not heard back from the store or mandla..
