CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE BATHROOM

Hello Peter. I however had an unfortunate event at KFC Sabie, Mpumalanga. I bought food and needed to use their rest room, I was however told that their bathrooms are not working, I asked one of the guys standing by the door with sanitizers if the bathrooms are out of order or you just don’t allow customers to use them? And he said they just don’t allow customers to use them, I then ask why because I’m buying food here and I need to use the bathroom, he said he did not know, they just closed the bathrooms. I was then told to go to the Engen garage nearby, I felt that it was not fair since I am their customer and not Engen’s customer and I don’t think they would appreciate Engen customers coming to use their bathroom... Please help me sort this issue out.
