Customer services

I was at kfc and bought a family feast 10 piece. So i asked the cashier how much for large mash and gravy she said r18. So i said i want one then i had enough change for another one. I told her to ring up another one. So they are very busy. Alot of people in store. The girl who workes infront by door to sanitised people. She did not sanitized me. I asked her is the aircon not working. She just said no she dont know. She dont go and find out. Then i waited for my food i asked the packer about the aircon. No she also dont know. Dont bother to asked. Then my food arived they just put the mash and gravy in bag. The ones lid did not fit. I took it out. Show her she change it stil not fit. So i had to carry it out. And the cashier ring up one medium and one regular mash and gravy. I was so furious. For me their was not customer service from where i walked in. I will not buy there. Because many years ago i also worked for kfc and i know how we got training about how to serve youre customers.
