Customer service training needed
I was very appalled by the service that Nontobeko displayed when I was at your restaurant yesterday at about 11h00 am. The line was long and I requested for a manager and she gave me a look and rolled her eyes at me and never called for a manager as requested. She then served a person that was after me and I left and I did tell her that i will be reporting her. I ended up leaving and not buying from your restaurant and I went to your competitors. if your staff displays such an attitude, you will definetely loose customers,
