Customer service is poor

Last week Friday I was at KFC mamelodi in Mahube I spend 300.00 same of my items where not included i phone the manager that night she wasn't helped fully.she Sade to me she will speak to the person who helped me but The guy refused to help me and to pay some of my items of which they make the amount of 40 . Is it true that I mast work for KFC Mahube?
