Customer service disappointment

I am so dissaponted with the customer service at your noord taxi rank branch. Its not even full but you wait for 10 min to place and order because your front staff is busy chatting with each other and then once you have place that order you wait another 35min to get you order and because they are busy catching up and who knows what they pack some off the items and forget the others

I mean i bought streetwise 5 and 5 rolls and all they gave me was meat with no rolls, i now had to get home and go out buy bread i mean really.

Is chatting more important than your job? Did i have to spend money bread again?

Really dissaponted shame its not even funny.
