Customer service dead

So I am currently at this KFC at Attlyn, wanted to use the bathroom while waiting for my order which I'm told will take 30min. All that was ok. I asked to use the bathroom, I was told it was it blocked, which ok. The problem I had was with one of the male employees who was rude and interrupted a conversation with the lady doing the actual cleaning. When I asked for his name he said he doest have a name. He was rude and can not speak to customers. His arrogant and does not know how to speak or treat customers. So Mr Nameless has given me more reasons to hate to hate KFC Attlyn. His name is apparently Edwin from one of his colleagues.
