Hi have been standing since 20:45 level of service at KFC Protea glen mall being told the ticket machine is not working people who came after me receiving their orders having to wait a que such bad leadership each time told meat is in the stove more than the estimated 7min people on drive through receiving their meals its 30min within the wait of food.
