Customer service complaint

<p>I regret to write this however I am highly disappointed with KFC at tsakane mall. I went to purchase and waited for my order which took about 15 minutes however my issue is not on my waiting time but the service I received from Nobuntu as I collect my order . I greeted her and told her I'm collecting , she didn't respond and made me wait 10 more minutes . when she saw I'm logging a complaint on the KFC website she snatched the slip on my hand and threw my order. I was so disappointed . </p> <p>Hopefully this will be rectified</p>
