Customer service at KFC

This is to appreciate the service I always receive at KFC drive-thru from a lady by the name of Violet. She makes it easy to buy and try new things at KFC. She serves very well, knows what they offer, and advise you if uncertain of what to buy. You can see her smile on the intercom before meeting her at the payment window. This is for KFC corner Hendrik Verwoed and Rooihuiskraal Road.

We need more of people like her, she is the best.
