Good day

I am highly disappointed in a manner that the consultants talk and treat customers at this specific KFC , I go there every Tuesday to buy the special and request to choose my own portions as I don't like some of the meat portions , the response I get is that I am not allowed to make a choice and I can’t come and give rules and in my presence they discuss me as a customer saying that I bring laws to and they pushed my order aside I actually had an argument with Phumzile who asked me why I am I getting upset yet I bring my own laws yesterday a Thabang said they must tell me I can’t make choices and I asked for them to call him so that he can explain why can’t I make choices and he never bothered to come and explain.

I am humbly requesting that this should be dealt as I cannot take the abuse that I am getting in the same shop by different consultants .

Their manner of approach is unacceptable and feel they are abusing me as a customer .
