Customer service?

I had complained on the kfc customer care with regards to a small issue in my order that was more a irritation than upsetting. This was met with very speedy response where my contact details were requested, upon which I received no contact what so ever. Shortly after that I received an email stating that the issue was resolved...How? When? Without speaking to me? What has been done in store to ensure it does not happen again etc? This is the case number issued to me: CAS-499809-R8B5Q8
