Customer service

Some of the people working there they don't have customer service, twice I buy there and I don't get what I want. Today lunch time I when and bought lunch bucket for one. Instead of the cashier to ask me nice if they can put my food in a plastic they don't have bucket she just put it anymore. Only when I ask her if that was my food and she said yes and I asked her that was not my food cause I bought bucket for one. That's when she told me that don't have buckets, she didn't even find it to her to apologise.
