Customer service

Not good customer servise..i orderd hotwings..after they have taken my order and paid my money they told me its finished ..what the hell!! And here come this guy Siya..in Ruimsig telling me its either i wait or get my money back..thats not the way to speak to customers..really!! The cashier is trying to calm the guy down but wont listen..keep on saying they should give me my money back...instead of telling me how long will it take..and i was really craving for KFC wings coz they are the best....mcciff dissapointed
