CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to KFC Keywest on Wednesday 27 December 2017. I walk in nobody at the counter. I stand at the counter and look at the menus. Then a lady run in the store who is working at the counter. i great her and no response. She look at me and said to me i must move to the back the lady standing next to me is first. I said to her yes i know and she can help her i am looking at the menus. She said to me move to the back now. She was so rude to me i was so discussed with the treatment i turned around and walk out. I wanted to give KFC i big family order because i was coming from work and don't want to cook. I went to Fishaway at President Squarer in Krugersdorp. The minute i walk in the lady great me and was so friendly. She took my order even apologize for the mussels that they don't have and gave me extra prawns. When the order was finish she even walk outside and gave it to me. KFC just lost a customer. I will never support them again. There staff have no manners at KFC Keywest.
