Customer preference not met
I had a bad experience with KFC in naboomspruit I have been buying KFC from many outlets and at this one is the 1st to the 9 me on exchanging my pieces of chicken I asked for a bucket for one with a type is there then denied me this type is I do not like the drumstick due to the fact that it's more bone than anything else and also dry of all the other outlets of KFC never have I ever been denied to exchange the piece of chicken this is a large store and I do not understand what the problem is

15 Aug 2022, 18:03Denying me that's one piece of chicken you have not only lost me as a customer for ever but also my whole family I will never ever recommend KFC to anybody again and I would rather buy my fast food from Chicken Licken debonairs or McDonald's in the future good luck
