i trust you are well.

i am disgusted by the service at KFC this morning.

I went to KFC and I had mistakenly ordered 2X 2 piece chicken R79.80, when the order number was called out, i then went to collect section and advised the lady that I wanted to order a streetwise 2 x2 which is the exact amount. she firstly misunderstood me and simply said she can't refund me. I said, i do not not want a refund. I would like an exchange. she said they can't do an exchange if I had ordered on the Kiosk booth, she then proceeded by telling me that the chips will be less if they do that. I was disgusted on how nonchalant she was and the fact that I actually requested an exchange at the store within seconds of seeing the mistake.

I simply walked out but I am very unhappy with the service even the second cashier then said the something. Order number- 1708
