Customer complaint with poor service

Very poor service from KFC mhluzi midstone mall placed an order online and went to collect upon my collection I'm told that they had sold my order to someone else for no good reason and the cashier nor the shift manager where not helpful as to how I'm getting my order with the online price as I placed the order online was 10 cheaper it's a disgrace shame on KFC your standard has really dropped terribly so
