CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

I am utterly disgusted by KFC Oakvlei. If their food is not terrible, they are ****ming people!!!! I have had it with this branch, and their customer care is just as useless!!!!! I ordered on their App in August, my payment went through, i got my order number and everything, then it just kicked me out and said there was an error, after funds was already deducted from my account. I get in touch with them and they tell me i can expect a refund in 24 hours - 7 working days. Its been 3 months, still no refund. Anyways, I just left it and stupidly proceeded to place an order with them again on Tuesday, 4 November and i used a voucher. Then, the same thing happened. They took my money, and my voucher. I reach out to them, they tell me the same thing. Today i follow up with them, and they tell me my case is only for a voucher, not a refund. I would like to understand WHAT THE **** you people are busy with????? I am ****ing fed up with this store and I want BOTH MY REFUNDS!!!! I do not recommend this store to anyone!! Their food is ***, their service is pathetic, and they are a bunch of *******!!!! What the **** do you people think money grows on trees???? You guys just lost a ****ing loyal customer, not just to this specific store, but i will never set foot in KFC AGAIN!!! ****ing *****s!!!
