Customer complaint

I've never experienced such a bad customer service yesterday the 11th of October 2025 from a guy named Lucky from Grayston drive kfc. The guy was so mean to an extent that he told me that "ngizombora" when I was asking why the long receipt with the order number didn't come out but I got the small one that shows I paid with card on the self service machine...I don't know but is this a way that he was supposed to treat me or how you guys trained him to behave in such a manner. Honestly not happy at all.
