Customer Complaint

I am utterly disgusted by KFC Oakvlei. If their food is not terrible, they are ****ming people. I have had it with this branch, and their customer care is just useless. I ordered on their app in June, my payment went through, I got my order number and everything, then it just kicked me out and said there was an error, after funds were already deducted from my account. I got in touch with them, and they told me I could expect a refund in 24 hours to 7 working days. It's been 6 months, still no refund. Anyway, I just left it and stupidly proceeded to place an order with them again on Tuesday, 4 November, and I used a voucher (R35). Then, the same thing happened. They took my money and my voucher. I reached out to them, and they told me the same thing. Today, I followed up with them, and they told me my case is only for a voucher, not a refund. I would like to understand what you people are busy with. I am fed up with this store, and I want both my refunds. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Their food is of poor quality, their service is pathetic, and they are a bunch of *******. You guys just lost a loyal customer, not just to this specific store, but I will never set foot in KFC again.
