Customer complaint

I bought dunked wings and street wise 2 from KFC at Forest hill city today, the chicken is not well cooked and does not taste good at all. The dunked wings were very dry. I called them a couple of times, they didn’t answer and now I have to spend my petrol money to travel again and take this food back.
