Crunch Slider and Lunch Box oily and not tasty

I bought a crunch slider and lunch box meal at kfc Milnerton on Thursday evening at 850pm.

I was disappointed as the quality of both meals was below standard. The crunch slider had a tiny single piece of chicken strip... There was more wrap/ pita than chicken. They may as well call it the chickenless slider.

The lunch box chicken was oily and chips seemed like it was made in old oil. My partner thought her chicken might have been undercooked.

Usually this kfc branch does a good job with good tasting meals. The staff is also usually super friendly which is a breath of fresh air compared to other outlets. I received a call from KFC 'customer care" with a generic apology and that they would look into it. What does that even mean? Do they care that I might not return to purchase those meals again? The crunch slider is a newish meal, do they realise I will just tell people not to buy it as its a WASTE of money since it doesnt have much chicken on it!

I hope they return to providing consistently fresh and great tasting meals.
