Crunch burger not a crunch burger!

I just bought a crunch burger at this branch, I'm highly dissatisfied!<br> The bun is not fresh, it has been squashed down , it is so thin and it just doesn't look good at all.<br> <br> The burger is not packaged in a burger box but wrapped in a KFC paper...<br> <br> I just complained and showed the people in the store my dissatisfaction, I even took pictures of this burger , to no avail , instead I'm being laughed at by the staff and I've just asked for a refund...<br> <br> I'm going to post the pictures of the burger on facebook/ and on all social media platforms!<br> <br> Greatly grieved!<br> <br> The food and service is just not on!
